A young child is being taught a great deal and the manuscript is his notebook, and as he ages and learns, he Improves his abilities...not more hands, just better motor skills, and more desire, to learn.
Do not look for Grammar... there is no grammar to be deciphered, a group of symbols can be any of many languages and represent a definition, and in most cases they do...definition after definition, after deflation, in a format that to the wise, looks like sentences of grammar...
When cccccccccccccc's are repetitive that is a signal to see a sound, when rrrrrrrrrr's are repetitive that is a signal to listen for a sound...
When looking at pictures of plants in the herbal section, think of the family the plant comes from, in picture form, rather than a very specific pepper, or Sunflower...you should also think of it's medical uses...
Just like the Zodiac, to know the Voynich Manuscript, you must first remove the veil of wisdom which blinds you, oh so wise mankind.
I have written this in Plain speak, while the Voynich is written in the very best Argo...or perhaps The court language of the Mayans will be clearer for you...

The real question, is who were this child's teachers??? Now that is what I want answered, as translating the Voynich Manuscript, would be a great deal of work, but only due to the many languages within it, and it's complete lack of grammar, and specifics... take your cursive writing and do it one slow methodical letter at a time, and add doodles to the letters here and there cause you are an artistic child... I will keep some to myself, that is enough for you to do some of it and see I know what I speak...
